Use your big soup pot. Mix water and vegetable soup base, heat until soup base has dissolved. The asparagus consisted of cooked stems (usually discarded) and pureed to add flavor. Add the rest of the veggies, garlic and spices then simmer for 1 hour.
Ingredients are:
1 dash , black pepper
1.5 cups aparagus, cooked stems, pureed
3 carrots, chopped
1 celery stalk
3 gloves garlic
3 large mushrooms
1 large onion, chopped
1 yellow pepper, chopped
6 cups water
6 tbsp. Knorr's vegetable soup base
4 cups bok choy, chopped
1 tsp cilantro
1 tsp. oregano, ground
Directions
