    Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped
    Carrots, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped
    *Beetroot, raw, shredded, serving=50g, 25 gram(s)
    Cabbage, fresh, 0.25 cup, chopped
    Broccoli, fresh, 0.25 cup, chopped
    *Fat Free Fetta Cheese, 0.25 serving
    Cashew Nuts, dry roasted (salt added), 0.8 cup, halves and whole
    Black Olives, 8 jumbo (pitted and cut in half)
    Egg white, 2 serving - cooked and cut up
    Bacon 2 slices - cooled then cut
