Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Beans, white, 7.5 cup (4 cans)
    *Green Chili Peppers, (2 cans, 4oz each) 1 cup
    Jalapeno Peppers, 0.5 cup, (1 4oz can) chopped
    Sour Cream, reduced fat, 1 cup
    Whipping Cream, 1 cup, fluid
    Southwestern Style Corn or Mexicorn, 11oz
    Butter, salted, 1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high)
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Salt, 1 tsp, to taste
    Garlic, 3 tsp minced
    Onions, raw, 1 large diced
    reduced sodium chicken stock, 2 cup

Directions

Drain Beans.
Saute Diced Onion with garlic, pad of butter, olive oil.
Add all ingredients in a pot and simmer for 30 minutes.

Gets better overnight.
Makes 8-10 servings.
