Ingredients

    feta, asparagus, tomato, minced garlic, salt, pepper, lemon juice

Directions

Cut asparagus into spears. Mix asparagus, cherry tomato, and garlic with olive oil in bowl. Place in pan sprayed with cooking spray. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes, or until asparagus is can be inserted with a fork. Pull out of oven and place back in mixing bowl. Add feta cheese, seasonings, and lemon juice and toss. Enjoy!
