Ingredients

    1 c. uncooked quinoa
    shrimp
    1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
    3 c. green beans, blanched
    1 c. sundried tomatoes
    1/4 c. chopped red onion
    1/2 c. mushrooms, chopped
    goat cheese
    Kraft sundried tomato and oregano salad dressing
    italian seasoning

Directions

Cook quinoa.

Mix in the rest of the ingredients and chill.
