Ingredients

    8 cups chicken stock fat free
    1/2 cup dry bulgar
    1 tsp grated ginger root (optional)
    1/2 cup frozen or cooked green breans chopped
    1 1/2 cups liced mushrooms
    3 cups chopped nappa
    1/2 cup frozen peas
    2 Tbsp salt reduced soya sauce


Directions

heat your chicken broth, add your bulgar and allow to boil for 6 minutes add the remaining ingredients and let boil for additional 4 minutes.
