Ingredients

3 cups quick oats
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cloves
1/2 cup sugar (can use brown sugar)
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp vanilla
4 egg whites
1 tbs canola oil
1 cup milk
1 cup dried fruit (blueberies, cranberries, or raisins)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix the dry ingredients in one bowl. Mix the wet ingredients in another bowl. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, adding dried fruit. Spread in a 9X9 inch pan after spraying with non-stick spray. Bake 25-35 minutes. Eat as is or top with milk.
