Ingredients

Shrimp, raw, 30 small (remove)
Curry powder, 2 tbsp (remove)
Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)
Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp (remove)
Celery, raw, 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) (remove)
*Brown Rice, medium grain, 1 cup (remove)
Directions
Cook rice and stir in half of your veg and herbs.
In pan cook up the rest of the veg in a table spoon of olive oil. Remove veg from pan and cook up shrimp put table spoons of curry. Cook tell done and remove the shrimp. Take rest of veg and rice and put in pain you cooked the shrimp in and brown the rice with the rest of the veg. Then put Shrimp on top of your rice and serve.
