Ingredients

    Flour, whole grain, 1.5 cup
    *Flour, white, 1.5 cup
    Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry), 1 serving
    Honey, 1 tbsp
    Salt, 2 tsp
    Yeast, bakers, .4 ounce
    Water, tap, 1 to 1 1/4 cup (8 to 12 fl oz)

Directions

Place oatmeal in a food processor and process until it's the consistency of rough flour. Add the rest of the dry ingredients and process for 10 secs. Add the Honey and process for a few more seconds. Slowly drizzle water into food processor as it's running until the dough is wet, but pulling away from the processor walls. Put dough into an oiled bowl and cover with plastic wrap that has been oiled or sprayed with cooking spray and place in a warm place until dough has doubled in size. Punch down the dough and form into a loaf and put in a loaf pan. Cover with the oiled plastic wrap and keep in a warm place until doubled in size. Heat oven to 425 degrees and place loaf in the oven on a rack that allows the top of the loaf to be in the center position of the oven. Bake for 25 to 30 mns. Cover the loaf with foil if it starts to over-brown during the cooking process. Remove from the oven and cool completely.
