Number of Servings: 5
8 oz. container of Sugar Free Cool Whip (226 gm)
I small can of pumpkin- approx. 15 oz. (not pumpkin pie filling) (425 gm)
ground cloves, nutmeg & allspice, to taste OR
just use Trader Joe's pumpkin pie spice mix-again, to taste
1 small box of sugar-free, fat-free instant pudding; ex. cheesecake, or vanilla, or butterscotch (28 gms.)
No cooking. Open containers, mix everything together & add spices. Store covered in refrigerator up to 1 wk. or so. About 5- 135 gm servings

We just had this for dessert and my husband could not believe it was low carb and low cal. It is absolutely fantasic. However, I question the calories value. The cool whip (fat free or light) is 500 calories for 8 oz. so It would add 100 calories per serving. - 12/24/10

Thanks for pointing out the calorie discrepancy...I agreee...tack on another 100 calories...but even at 143 calories. it's still a great dessert, yes?
