Introduction

A yummy salmon salad to serve over greens or on a sandwich. It is very nice on slices of cucumber. Feel free to eyeball/ taste test amounts of ingredients. Ingredients

    9 0z Cooked Salmon, mashed with a fork
    2 tbs Dill Weed
    .33 Cup Fresh Parsley, chopped
    .25 cup Low Fat Sour Cream
    .25 c Low Fat mayo
    3 tbs Dijon Mustard
    .5 tsp Horseradish
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, dried onions to taste (I use liberally)

Directions

Mash up the salmon with a fork and mix in all other ingredients. Enjoy
