Ingredients

    1Lb pork tenderloin cubed
    .5 cup lentils
    1 large onion sliced
    5 garlic cloves sliced
    2 Inch Ginger root peeled and sliced
    1 tsp salt
    1 tbsp chili powder
    2 tsp ground coriander
    1tsp freshly ground blk pepper
    1.5 tsp turmeric
    6oz yogurt
    1.5 cup milk
    1 cup water if needed
    2 tsp garam masala

Directions

serves 5 at apx.3oz meat each.
Put the salt and all the spices exept garam masala in a bowl and mix well, stir in milk then add the meat, let it marinade while you cook the onions.
Spray frying pan with cooking oil add the sliced onions,garlic and ginger, sautee for about 5 minutes until soft.Remove the meat from milk mixture,add meat to frying pan, cook gently ,stir constantly until meat is browned.Add the lentils (red ones does not need pre soaking)
Increase the heat add the milk mixture, and yogurt. cook until meat and lentils are done ,add water as needed if food gets to dry.
Serve with rice.
