Ingredients

2/3 cup Jimmy Dean Turkey Sausage Crumbles (1 serving)
Egg Beaters Southwestern, 0.50 cup (2 servings)
Kraft singles 2% Milk Pepperjack cheese, 1 slice/serving
2 to 3 Tbsps of any type of salsa
Directions
In a non-stick omelette pan heat/brown the turkey sausage crumbles with 2 or 3 tablespoons of salsa (any salsa will do ... mild to hot is up to you) for 2 to 4 minutes.
Spread the sausage flat in the pan and then pour the egg beaters over it. let the egg beaters set ... about 2 minutes or so then flip the omelette over to finish cooking another 2 or 3 minutes.
Turn the heat down, top omelette with the slice of cheese put a cover on the pan for a minute or so to melt the cheese ... now enjoy your spicy and low fat omelette!
This makes one omelette/serving or 195 calories.
