Ingredients

    * Wonton wrappers (includes egg roll wrappers), 1 oz (remove)
    * Ground Pork, 1 oz (remove)
    * *Bok Choy, raw-shreaded, 0.15 cup (remove)
    * *Bean sprouts, 0.15 cup (remove)
    * Carrots, raw, .10 cup, grated (remove)
    * *Soy Sauce, .5 tsp (remove)
    * Ginger Root, 5 grams (remove)
    * Garlic, 5 grams (remove)
    * *Crushed Red Pepper Flakes, 1 serving (remove)

Directions

Chop your veggies all up (this takes the most time). In pot on stove cook ground pork with all the seasonings. When meat is cooked add veggies and cook long enough to partially cook veggies.

Put whole mix in strainer over top a pan (to catch juice) - you want to drain out as much juice as you can so the egg roll will not be soggy.

In one wrapper place the meat and veggie mix (approx. 1- 2 tablespoons fold up as directed on package.
Fry in hot grease (more calories) or for less calories
bake in oven.
