    1 package Jennie O ground white turkey, extra lean
    2-3 TBS of extra virgin olive oil
    3 small summer squash, sliced
    Ground Pepper
    Kosher Salt
    1 tsp Italian seasoning blend
    2.5 cups Prego Heart Healthy Italian sauce
    1 package of Semolina pasta, pene is perfect


Cook pasta per package directions
In a large saucepan, add 2-3 TBS of Extra virgin olive oil, brown ground turkey
Slice 3 small summer squash and add to cooked ground turkey
Add seasonings
Add 2.5 cups of Prego Italian sauce and heat through
When pasta is cooked, mix sauce into drained pasta
If desired, sprinkle with a good quality parmesean cheese

Serving Size: 6, 1.5 cups servings
