Ingredients

    1 cup oat flour
    .5 tsp salt
    2 tsp baking powder
    1.5 tsp peanut oil
    Milk, fat free

Directions

Mix dry ingredients
cut in oil
mix with milk
roll out about 1/2 inch thick
cut with biscuit cutter
bake at 400 for about 12 minutes or until golden brown

Serving Size: makes 4 21/5 inch biscuits
