Ingredients

    1 egg
    1/4 cup of milk
    1/2 tsp sugar
    1/8 tsp cinnamon
    2 slices Reduced Calorie Wheat bread
    1/16 cup Aunt Jemima's Lite syrup

Directions

Wisk together egg, milk, sugar, and cinnamon in a flat bottomed container. Soak both bread slices in mixture. Cook on skillet at medium until browned on each side. Remove from skillet. Serve w/ syrup.
