wonderful little appetizers, my family loves them wonderful little appetizers, my family loves them
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 cup diced tomatoes
    1 cup part skim mozzarella cheese diced
    1 package phyllo shells (12 little shells)
    fresh basil chiffonade (roll leaves together and chop into strips)
    drizzle olive oil
    drizzle balsamic vinegar

Directions

dice tomato( I like plum tomatoes, they are less seedy)
dice mozzarella
chiffonade basil leaves
place a few pieces of tomato and cheese into shells (shells come right out of freezer ready to fill)
top with fresh basil strips
drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar

Serving Size: makes 12 tarts( 2 tarts per serving)
