Ingredients

1 T sesame seed
3-1/2 T soy sauce
1-1/2 T cornstarch
1-1/2 lb skinless, boneless chicken breast
1 c sweet red pepper, sliced thin
1 c white onion, sliced thin
2 cup (1 lg) zucchini, cubed
1 cup (1 med) yellow squash, cubed
1 c shreded/matchstick carrots
1 c baby portabella mushrooms, sliced
1 T garlic
2 c broccoli
3 c bean sprouts
Directions
Cube chicken. Place in bowl, sprinkle 1-1/2 T cornstarch and 1-1/2 T soysauce. Let sit about 5 minutes. Heat pan - add non-stick spray. Stir in chicken cook until no longer pink. Add red pepper, onion, stir briefly. Add zucchini, yellow squash and carrots, stir briefly. Add mushrooms and garlic. cook about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add broccoli, 2 T soysauce, stir briefly. Fold in bean sprouts, cover and cook about 2 minutes.
