Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 can Green Giant White ShoePeg Corn
    1 can French style green beans (preferably seasoned - if available)
    1 - 8oz. container of Reduced Fat Sour Cream
    1 - can Cream of Celery Soup
    1 small white onion diced
    Salt & Pepper to taste
    15 (or so) crushed Reduced Fat Ritz crackers (for a topping)

Directions

Mix green beans, corn, diced onion, sour cream, & cream of celery soup & salt & pepper together. Pour mixture into a casserole dish & sprinkle crushed ritz crackers on the top, evenly.
If extra desired richness (not included in nutritional info) drizzle some light melted margarine over crushed ritz topping.

Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes, until bubbly & golden.

    Very Good
    Liked the cream of celery taste, but next time I'll leave off about half cracker topping and also sauté the onions before I put them n the casserole. - 12/19/11

    Incredible!
    This was wonderful!!! I normally don't like cream of celery soup, but it was a great combination. I added one more can of green beans, and it was awesome!!! - 11/26/07
