Introduction

Spicy creamy meal to enjoy with the whole family. Spicy creamy meal to enjoy with the whole family.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 C broccoli - chop to your desire
    1 C caulifower - chop to your desire
    1 C cabbage - shredded
    2 C snap peas
    1 Onion medium
    1 tablespoon Green Curry paste
    2 C coconut milk
    1.5 Chicken breasts, cut into strips or chunks
    3 C brown rice, cooked

Directions

Brown onions, mix in snap peas and cook until tender. Add chopped chicken cook until the chicken is done.
Mix in all chopped vegetables with 1 tablespoon of the green curry and two cups of coconut milk.
Cover and let it cook for about 15 minutes. (Cook until the vegetables are as you desire them.)
Serve over rice and chow down.

Serving Size: 1-cup rice with 1.5 cups of chicken/veggie mix
