Introduction

Super yummy and light. Great on double fiber whole wheat with lettuce and tomato, on a bed of mixed greens with 1/2 an avocado or hollowed out tomato. Super yummy and light. Ingredients

    4 2oz. cans of chunk light or solid white tuna drained and flaked
    the zest of two lemons and their juice
    1/4 cup Kraft olive oil mayo
    1/4 tsp kosher salt
    3/4 tps. garlic powder
    1-2 Tbs. dried basil

Directions

Drain and flake tuna. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.

Serving Size: makes 5 1/2 cup servings
