Ingredients

1 cup of boiled green maize grains(boiled and cooked)
1 1/2 cup of soft red beans(boiled and cooked)
1/4 cabbage(chopped to your reference)
1/4 grams red lean meat
2 medium size potatoes
2 carrots
2 potatoes
White onion
Garam Masala
2 ground cloves
Salt to taste
Beef stock(3/4 cup-1 cup)
Directions
Put oil in a frying pan, chop and add the white onion until cooked to golden brown. Then add Garam Masala and cook for 2 mins.
add in the meat, then after a minute add the chopped tomates add salt to taste, cook for 3 minutes, then add the chopped carrots. Cook for another 5 minutes, then add the cabbage. cook for 4-5 minutes.
Add the potatoes and mix, after 5 minutes add in the boiled maize and beans and cook for another 5 minutes.
Now add in cloves and beef stock and boil for another two minutes.
Serve hot or warm
