Ingredients

    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz
    Brown Sugar, 1 tsp unpacked
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp
    Chili powder, 1 tsp
    Sour Cream, .25 cup
    Cream Cheese, 4 oz
    Salsa, 1.25 cup
    Flour Tortillas, 10 tortilla, medium (approx 6" dia)
    *Cheese, Kraft Mexican Style Taco Cheese, 0.5 cup
    *Old El Paso Taco Sauce, 4 oz
    Olive Oil Cooking Spray (about 1 oz)

Directions

In a skillet, spray with olive oil cooking spray. Add ground turkey, brown sugar, garlic powder, and chili powder. Mix together and cook for about 10-15mins on medium-high heat.

In another bowl, mix sour cream, cream cheese, and 1/4 cup of salsa. Set aside.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a 13"x9" inch baking pan, spray with olive oil cooking spray. Spread one cup of salsa in baking dish.

In each tortilla, put 1tbsp of the sour cream, cream cheese and salsa mix along with 1/3 cup of ground turkey. Roll tortilla and place in baking dish, seam side down. Repeat with remaining tortillas.

Pour taco sauce over tortillas in baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake in oven for 20-25minutes uncovered.
