Introduction

I just wanted to recalculate the servings on the other Baked Oatmeal recipe by OASIS 1223. It's really good. I've substituted Organic Sucanat instead of the white sugar, and calculated the portions for a snack, rather than a meal. Almost like an oatmeal cookie, this snack is a favorite. Incredible!
I tried this recipe. I liked it. I only added a 1/2 cup of sugar and used state brothers brand egg whites. I also used 1 cup of Kirkland signature dried fruit (No added sugar). I think it had apples, apricot, prunes. - 11/4/13
