Ingredients

2 Tilapia Fillets
1 bunch broccoli
1 tomato
6 white mushrooms
1 bell pepper
1 glove garlic
2 tbsp pesto sauce
4 tbsp herb goat cheese
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Seasoning
Directions
Chop broccoli, tomatoes, mushrooms, peppers, and into medium sized pieces.
Mince garlic
Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a large skillet
Add veggies and garlic to skillet and saute for around 5-10 minutes
Add salt, pepper, and desired spices to vegetables
While vegetables are cooking, heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in another skillet
Add tilapia fillets
Add salt, pepper, and desired spices to tilapia
Saute fillets for about 5-7 minutes on each side
While tilapia is cooking, add pesto sauce to vegetables and saute for an additional 2-5 minutes on low heat
Place vegetables and tilapia on plates and top with goat cheese
