Ingredients

    2 jars spaghetti sauce
    1 lb ground beef (turkey works great too!)
    4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
    1 pound ziti, penne or mostaccioli pasta

Directions

Cook pasta per box instructions.
Brown ground beef
Drain pasta and beef. Add spaghetti sauce and two cups cheese to beef and pasta in a large bowl (I use the pot I cooked the pasta in). Pour this mixture into a 13 x 9 inch pan and top with remaining cheese and parsley. cover with aluminum foil. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 - 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 25 - 30 minutes more. Serves 12.
