Ingredients

1 package of your favorite ramen
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. frozen peas & carrots

    Water to cook noodles

Directions

Start a pot of water boiling per the ramen instructions. Add the noodles, cook, then drain completely.

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef, then add the chopped onions, one half of the seasoning package from the ramen, and enough water to dissolve the seasonings.

Once the seasoning mixture has warmed, add the frozen peas and carrot, season to taste with salt and pepper, and transfer the "filling" to a pie plate, gratin dish, or cast iron skillet. Top with the cooked noodles, then put into the oven under a high broiler until the noodles are brown and crispy on top.
