Ingredients

Water, tap, 8 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
Russet Potatos, 535 grams
Carrots, raw, 3 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long)
Celery, raw, 4 stalk, large (11"-12" long)
Garlic, 3 cloves
Ginger Root, 1 tsp
Basil, 3 leaves
Fresh Chives, 1 tbsp chopped
Peppermint, fresh, 1 tbsp
Stewing Beef, .5 lb
Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp
Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend, 1 tsp
Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend, 1 tsp
Directions
Wash and peel carrots and cut into chunks.
Wash celery and cut into chunks.
Wash and peel the potatoes, cut into good size chunks.
Slice the meat into smaller pieces
Get a large pot full of water and add the potatoes and meat.
Bring to boil then start adding the carrots and celery, keep on a low boil.
Add in herbs, garlic and any extras you wish.
Let boil for 30 minutes then turn down to a simmer (low) to cook for another 5 hours (or use a crock-pot).
Once cooked, serve in bowls with crusty bread and butter.
Serving Size: 1 10oz Soup Bowl
