Ingredients

    1 tbsp onion
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 jalapeno
    4 tbsp. cilantro
    1 tomatillo
    1 plum tomato
    1 ripe avocado
    salt, pepper, hot sauce to taste

Directions

Finely chop first 5 ingredients in food processor, place in large bowl. Dice tomato, add to bowl. Remove avocado from skin, discard seed, and place fruit in bowl. Mash with potato masher. Salt and pepper to taste. Can add hot sauce as desired.
