Introduction

Ingredients

French Bread, Splenda, Eggs, 2% Milk, Cinnamon, Allspice, Vanilla
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees
Take french bread and cut into one inch high pieces, one ounce approximately.
Place pieces of bread into a glass baking dish
Beat eggs well until slightly frothy
Add milk, spices, and sweetner, mix well
Pour egg mixture over pieces of bread, let sit for 2-5 minutes and then turn bread over.
Let sit again for 2 minutes to soak. Take any extra mixtue and spoon back over bread.
Place in oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until slightly dry. The toast should be flufy and bounce back after touched.
Ease pieces out of pan and serve hot.
*add fruit or sugar free syrup if desired (did not figure those additions to the nutritional information)
