Ingredients

    2 whole chicken breasts, skinned, boned, and sliced
    1 cup Italian Salad dressing
    1 teaspoon ground cumin
    1 green pepper, seeded and cut into strips
    1 medium onion, sliced
    2 tomato, cut into thin strips

Directions

Cut chicken into 1 inch slices. Combine with Italian dressing and cumin. Marinade in refrigerator several hours or overnight. Drain chicken reserving dressing. Stir fry pepper and onion in 2 tablespoons reserved dressing until crisp-tender. Add chicken, continue cooking until chicken is tender. Stir in tomatoes. Serve with tortillas.
