Ingredients

    1 pound (2 Cups) Light Butter (reg. butter for old-fashioned recipe)
    2 cups Sucralose (splenda or other brand) or sugar for old-fashioned recipe
    2 cups cake flour
    6 large eggs

Directions

Whip light butter with hand mixer.
Gradually add 2 cups sucralose, then 2 cups cake flour.
Crack 6 eggs into bowl, then incorporate them into batter one at a time.

Bake at 250 for several hours until done.

Serving Size: Slice into 16 portions.
