Ingredients

    Ingredients
    2 cups whole milk
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 1/2 ounces cream cheese, softened (3 tablespoons)
    1 1/4 cups heavy cream
    2/3 cup sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons light corn syrup
    1 cup choc chips
    2 Bananas
Optional - 1 tbsp lemon juice
Optional - ½ oz goat cheese

Directions

In a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of the milk with the cornstarch. In another large bowl, whisk the cream cheese until smooth.

In a pot, put in the milk, the heavy cream, the cream cheese, goat cheese (if desired), and the sugar. When it starts to warm up, put in the corn syrup and use the hot liquid to wash the syrup off the tablespoon and into the pot. Heat until it boils. Off the heat, gradually whisk in the cornstarch mixture.

Place the entire pan into the fridge overnight.

Once the mixture is cold, put it in the ice cream maker. Take a very ripe banana (the blacker the better) and mash it up with a whisk, adding in milk and, if desired, the lemon to make it somewhat liquid. Once the ice cream has frozen a bit in the maker, pour the banana into the freezer bowl through the hole in the top.

Once the mixture has frozen a bit more, but before the mix stops turning around in the freezer bowl, add in the chocolate chips. This recipe is best done in halves, splitting the bananas and the chocolate chips between the two freezings.
