Ingredients

    2c dry quick( not instant) oatmeal
    1/3 c Splenda
    31/3 C 1% milk
    2 tsp vanilla
    1/4 c raisins( opt)
    Cinnamon to taste
    Mix all. Put in 8" pan sprayed with cooking spray.

Directions

350 X 45 min
Cool on rack. Cut into 9 pieces.
Serve with fresh fruit, yogurt and/or milk. Best warmed before eating.
