Introduction
I got these from Paula Dean on Food Network. They taste just as good as the ones you get from Red Lobster. I use Earth Balance in place of butter for less fat. Ingredients

1 1/4 c. Bisquick mix
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. cheddar cheese
3 T. Earth Balance
2 t. garlic powder
2 t. parsley (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Combine Bisquick, water and cheese in a medium bowl until combined. Dough will be very thick. Drop by spoonfulls onto a baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes or until slightly golden brown.
When about a minute or so is left in the baking cycle, combine Earth Balance, garlic powder and parsley in a small microwave safe bowl. Microwave for about 30 seconds to one minute, stopping periodically to stir. Stop when melted.
Remove biscuits from oven. Immediately use a pastry brush to cover each biscuit with a small amount of butter mixture. There may be some butter left over, depending on how much you use (not taken into consideration for nutritional facts).
Serve immediately.
Makes 10 biscuits.
