    1/4 cup Egg Substitute
    1 slice Tomato

Directions

Toast Bread
Place sliced tomato on toast
Spray microwave bowl with no-stick cooking spray and microwave egg Substitute for about 1 minute.
Slide cooked egg on top of tomato.
Serve with cut up fruit of choice.
