Ingredients

    6 chicken thighs, skin and bone removed
    1 head of bok choy, chopped
    1 head of broccoli
    1 cup sliced mushrooms
    3 cups bean sprouts
    1 pkg stir fry sauce, prepared as per pkg directions
    2 pks shirataki yam noodles

Directions

Dice all veggies and meat until cooked but still crispy, and chicken is no longer pink. Add prepared stir fry sauce and shirataky noodle, and cook until sauce and noodles are heated through.
