Introduction

Basically a deconstructed falafel, just minus the deep frying. Use the zest of the lemon as well. The original recipes uses olives which I can't stand, but feel free to add. Ingredients

    1 can of chickpeas (Garbanzo beans)
    Red onions (2 tbs to a.25 cup.Iove onions so I add a lot)
    Parsley 1-2 tbs
    Olive oil- A splash or a glug.I put in around 2 tbs.
    Tahini 1 tsp (If you have it. If not, it's fine)
    Lemon Juice - Half a lemon and the zest
    Salt and pepper to taste


Directions

Mash everything except olive oil together with the back of a fork. Mix in olive oil and stir a few times. Enjoy.

    Yes, I am with you on olives (shudder!) but yet I see like me, you use olive oil!
