Ingredients

    6 oz uncooked Pasta of your choice
    6 tblsp fresh basil
    1 can artichoke hearts
    1 cup cherry tomatoes (preferably roasted)
    4 tsp Parm Cheese
    1 tbsp Olive Oil
    6 anchovy's
    6 cloves garlic minced
    1 tbsp parsley

Directions

Cook pasta as directed. About 3 minutes before the pasta is cooked heat the olive oil and anchovy's in a large skillet. Use a wooden spoon to crush up the anchovy's as they cook, until disolved. Add the garlic and cook for another 2 minutes. Drain the pasta reserving 1/2 cup pasta water. Add all remaining ingredients to the skillet (including water and herbs). Coat pasta well in sauce and cook for another minute, or until the water has thickened/absorbed.
