4 tbsp whole wheat flour
2 tbsp + 1/2 tsp brown rice syrup or honey
4 tbsp cocoa
2 egg whites
4 tbsp skim milk
3 tbsp apple sauce
2 tbsp chocolate chips
splash of vanilla
Directions

Mix dry ingredients in the mug first, then add egg, then milk and oil.
