Ingredients

    6 c dry oats
    2 c coconut
    2 c coarsely chopped peanuts
    1 c raisins
    1c maple syrup-sugar free
    1/2 c splenda brown sugar
    1/2 c canola oil
    1 c whole roasted flax seeds
    4 oz dark chocolate chips 72% cocoa

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degree. Combine syrup, sugar and oil in large microwaveable bowl. Cook at high power for 3 minutes. In another large bowl combine rest of ingredients. Pour hot srup mixture over oats mixture and stir well to combine. Sspread granola out into two jellyroll pans. Bake 10 minutes, then remove from oven and bake another 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. break apart into chunks and store in a sealed container.
