Introduction

Ingredients

    3/4 cup cake flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp salt (plus dash added to egg whites)
    3/4 c almond breeze milk (or skim milk)
    2 egg whites
    1 pkg sweetener (I use sweet and low)
    1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions

sprinkle egg white with dash salt. Beat until stiff

In separate bowl, whisk flour, sweetener (1 pkg), vanilla and 1/4 tsp salt until smooth.

Fold into egg whites.

Bake in waffle maker - serve with light syrup, fruit or dusting of confectioners sugar.
