Ingredients

    1.5 pounds diced pork tenderloin
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 large can Diced Green chili peppers
    1 clove garlic pressed
    Salt and Pepper to taste
    Pinch Red Pepper flakes
    1/2 cup Pace Medium chuncky salsa

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a crockpot and cook on low for 5-8 hours. Server over brown rice or spagetti squash.
