Introduction
Surprisingly delicious and very satisfying! This is a great meal to serve for overnight guests. Serve with a sliced strawberry on the side and a small dollop of whipped topping. Ingredients

3 cups old fashioned oats
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
2 egg whites
1 whole egg
1 1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup canola oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups peeled, cored, chopped apple (2 med apples)
Directions
1. Combine oats, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, egg whites and egg in bowl.
2. Whisk together milk, canola oil, vanilla extract and add to the oats mixture. Let stand for 5 minutes.
3. Peel, core and chop apples. Add to oat mixture and pour batter into 11x7 baking dish coated with cooking spray.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
