Ingredients

    2 bananas
    1/3 cup applesauce
    2 tbsp oil
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup wheat germ
    1 1/2 cups flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp baking powder

    Combine wet ingredients, combine dry ingredients. Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients, mix thoroughly.

Directions

bake at 375 until muffins are golden brown (approx 10-15 minutes)
