Ingredients

    1 (6oz) can solid white Albacore tuna (water packed)
    1 green onion minced
    1/2 stalk celery minced
    1/2 tsp lemon juice
    1/2 tsp lemon pepper
    1/2 tbsp yellow mustard
    11/2 tbsp light mayo

Directions

drain tuna and break up with a fork. Add remaining ingrediants and mix well.

Tip (Mix up extra for the week ahead)
