Ingredients

Casa Fiesta Spicy Refried Beans, 2 cup (remove)
1-15 oz can Green Giant Whole Kernel Sweet Corn
1-14.5 oz can S&W Organic Diced Tomatoes
2 Chicken Breast , bone and skin removed
1.5 Cups La Victoria Green Enchilada Sauce
    3 Cups Water
    2 tbsp Chili powder
    1 tbsp Garlic powder,
    1 tbsp *Onion powder,
1.5 cup Cooked *Brown Rice, long grain,
    2 cup, sliced Zucchini,

Directions

If you're starting with raw chicken I would say to add chicken breast to the water and cook at a slow boil for 15-20 minutes. Then add all the other ingredients and continue cooking over a low to medium heat, cook for another hour letting the flavors blend and the stock to reduce.

We like to add extra hot sauce, sour cream and fresh Pico de Gallo on top when we serve it. Enjoy!!!

Serving Size: makes 6 1-cup servings.
