Ingredients

14 ozs or 1 3/4 cup of chopped chunk cabbage, raw

6 ozs carrot chips, raw (you can also peel and cut regular
carrots, I just happen to have the above on hand)

1 medium potatoe (7 to 8 ozs) thinly sliced, raw

    1 cup chicken broth

1 tbsp Knorrs Dry Vegetable Mix

    1 tbsp Fleishchmann's w/olive oil & sea salt

    1 tbsp virgin olive oil

Seasoned salt, garlic & onion powder, cayenne (optional)

Directions

In large skillet heat Fleishmann's and olive oil, make sure not to burn, next add cabbage and carrots, add soup mix and seasonings, cover cook on low to medium heat for about 10 minutes ( I cook before adding any liquid)

Next put potatoes on top of cabbage mixture, pour in chicken broth and cook on medium heat until liquid evaporates
