Ingredients

    Albacore Tuna Steak, 16 oz
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
    Onions, raw, 0.25 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Trader Joe's Plain Greek Yogurt, 0.25 cup
    Boar's Head Delicatessen Style Mustard, 3 tsp
    Olive Oil, 1 1tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields

Directions

Lightly coat tuna tuna in olive oil and pepper and 1/2 the lemon juice. Bake them in foil at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes, as desired. Cool slightly and shred tuna in a bowl, adding greek yogurt, mustard, diced celery and onion and remaining lemon juice.
